He hasn't changed much. Watch Quantum Leap season 1 and Men of a Certain Age and you'll see he has hardly aged in 20 years.

Which is why, if they make the Quantum Leap movie, he should reprise his role as Sam Beckett. I honestly can't see anybody else in his place (or in Al's place, either, even though Dean Stockwell has definitely aged in the past 20 years).

Are you blind? He looks ancient. The way he tousles his hair in men of a certain age doesn't make him look younger it just makes him look like an old guy who doesn't comb his hair.
