    I am a Sherlock Holmes fan. I encoutered a Sherlock Holmes Scrapbook about a year ago, which I bought. In it, I found this picture:

    I thought he was especially handsome. I was only wondering if others though the same thing.

      I have always thought John Barrymore was one of the most handsome men in old Hollywood.

        Definitely so, even though I do not know much about cinema in the 20's and 30's.

          I love silent movies, and the 30's was the best decade for movies, at least IMHO, especially the pre-code movies

              Barrymore wasn't called The Great Profile for nothing. It was a reference to his handsome features.
