It would explain how she was posting as a man 20 years ago and now lives as a woman. It doesn’t explain how she complained about menstrual pains but if she identifies as and dresses as a woman then it does explain how she has experienced unwanted attention from the Arab men she so dislikes.
Also it could be why she doesn’t work and lives off social security. And why she is estranged from her family.

I say it's a dude who ain't get any and so is pretending to be a woman online and then if it it works out then they'll just hop on the gravy train that all rapist types do and say they are a woman in the real world

Yes it looks like they have relocated to imdb1 since their credibility here has been completely shot. They are also persisting with their fake cinephile act. So much for "Sophie being on vacation rn"
