He's making movies that he's writing and directingthis is getting aggravating. I know The Dentist movies are not popular but there are dentist fans out there for God's sake.

First one was good. Had me squirming in the chair, I had a dentist appointment the next morning.
That was canceled.
Dentist 2, not as good.
I doubt he'll be doing any more, but we'll never know until it happens. -

Here's a interview with Corbin Bernsen who said he like's to make a third one, since he is producing movies for himself there is a chance (however, this interview is from 2010 already..)

I was contacted by the producers of THE DENTIST regarding part 3 about five years ago. However, I was in the midst of the Fantastic Factory and unable to get involved. I would like to do it, however, just for the opportunity to work with Corbin Bernsen in the role of the Dentist again. At one point I thought that Corbin was interested in buying the sequel rights to produce it himself.
Let's hope it, i think there might be a chance to see Dr. Feinstone back
