Met both him and his wife and they were very nice people. Usually when I meet actors that have been around and done what this guy has done, they are complete jerksnot himmay have caught him on a good daybut he was friendly to me and did hot seem to get annoyed I recognised him and his wife

He was a neighbor of my mother in Manhattan while a struggling actor before L.A. Law. After he "hit it big" with that role, my step-father ran into him on the street near their apartment and asked him if he would pop in to say hello to my mother. He did so cheerfully. Yes - a nice guy.
