Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Corbin Bernsen

My husband and I saw Corbin at Sea World in San Diego, California with his wife and kids. They mingled with the rest of the crowd like normal people. No pretentious behavior. As a matter of fact, my husband was the one that recognized him. He said, "Hey it's that actor from MAJOR LEAGUE, the one that Charlie Sheen shoved. I was going to approach him, but changed my mind. Nobody seemed to recognize him. He looks good for his age.

That's really funny cause my H and I saw him in Olde Town San Diego on Sat night, Aug 5th. We were at the Coyote Cafe and he was putting his name on the list for a large table, as he had his wife and kids with him. I agree he looked pretty good and was qu5b4ite tan.

He used to live in my mother's building in Manhattan in the early 80's. He was a struggling actor at the time and during a chat mentioned he was flying to California to audition for a part as a lawyer in a tv series. That was LA Law of course and from there his career took off. Several years later at the height of his fame my step father ran into him on the street outside their building and asked him to come up and say hello to my mother. He obliged willingly. So yeah, totally nice guy.
I may have been bifurcated, but I still have feelings.
