Wow, I would say most the things you mentioned come from some pretty impressive talent, regardless of proficiency, but I can say with high confidence that I can't do anything good enough to even consider what I might be best at.
I mean, I'm okay at living, as long as I don't have to get up, or do stuff, or talk to people or anything. -

LOL Good one.
Don't mess with me, man! I know karate, judo, ju-jitsu and several other Japanese words. -

I'm a very creative writer. I've been writing books & songs since I was a toddler. My parents thought I was going to be a journalist or famous author. I went to a school for the gifted. When I was a kid, instead of toys I liked going to the stationary section of stores and picking out pens/paper.
I can make movies. Studying editing, screenplay writing, all that.
I'm a skilled drummer.
I know how to work on cars.
I have good vocal range; I can sing in female keys.

I am an amazing drunk driver. In fact, I think I drive better drunk than sober. I have gotten a f ckton of tickets while sober, but never once when drunk. On many, many occasions, police cars have driven next to me/behind me when I'm intoxicated and pass by like nothing's wrong. I'm always the driver in my group when we go out drinking, even if it's not my car. Everyone trusts me because I've been getting them all home safe and sound for years without incident. I honestly think it's a talent of mine.
I can drink a fifth of vodka in 30 minutes and drive perfectly fine.

That's a great talent even if nobody will admit it.
My best friend has the same ability; we wouldn't have made it home alive on New Year's Eve had she not been the one behind the wheel.
Catch me when you can, Mishter Lusk. -

Oh yeah. You know you're really good when you've blacked out and don't even remember driving - but everyone has gotten home safe. Next morning you're like "how did we get home last night?" and they go "What the beep man you drove!" and I literally don't remember a THING.
"But you were driving fine though."
It's a very useful talent.
