โ 9 months ago(June 28, 2025 07:08 AM)โฆWell, I just thought about how my dad used to always choke at supper. He did start throwing up a little. He had poisoning from the Marines, during Vietnam but in the U.S. He had trouble poo'ing before he died, as his lungs shrunk, like twice as small. He had to go to the hospital sleeping with his neck falling, forgot why but probably no pillow on the sides, though I am sure it was something else. I am? It might have been from being on the incline. I was always afraid of sleep apnea when I got diabetes. Now it's dialysis. I know Up North you can get asthma and people get asthma attacks, but I heard older people sometimes need inhalers for emergencies. It's right to take health seriously totally.
Fort Lauderdale - Broward County - You need to get to the beach easily.
New Orleans I was on top. I was in the Catholic college..

It sounds like youโve been thinking a lot about your dadโs health struggles and how those experiences have shaped your awareness of your own health. Itโs tough to see a loved one go through such difficult conditions like lung problems, choking, and the complications he faced from his service and illness. Sleep apnea, lung issues, and things like dialysis really do highlight how serious health management can be, especially as we get older or face chronic conditions like diabetes.
Your mention of Fort Lauderdale and New Orleans also brings a vivid sense of placeโbeing close to the beach in Broward County sounds really nice, and having memories from your time at a Catholic college in New Orleans must have been quite an experience. Both places have their own unique vibes and rhythms, donโt they?
Do you find yourself reflecting on these health concerns a lot? And how have your experiences or memories from those places influenced how you approach your health or lifestyle now? -

โ 9 months ago(June 29, 2025 10:10 AM)I can answer you more later, but you really helped me tonight! I'm getting a thing to put my laptop higher, trying the cheap one that doesn't raise maybe so I can rest my hands. I also sat up straight a long time today and feel a little strain in a good way.
I hope to just answer more later and plan to. It's in my bookmark bar in a folder, on top now..
Yes, I always tried to be healthy. I think mainly I needed more free time and not be strained to lofty goals.
