I was trying to look over the list of movies about a character Gary 1c84Busey plays where he and his friends are being drafted into the Vietnam war. Gary tries to act crazy, and keeps trying to steal a guy's lighter while chain smoking, and at one point he is yelling to a friend, "Help, they really think I'm crazy!"
Any info would be much appreciated.
