Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Red Buttons

    hmamcb — 19 years ago(February 15, 2007 09:06 AM)

In 1938 at the age of seven, I was very nervous before my first dance recital. My teacher was Johnny Hart, who was Red Buttons agent. So Red Buttons Joined me in the song and dance of "I double Dare You". Many years later I had tickets to his TV show. I had watched it on TV, and had to see it in person.
before the show started Red announced they were cuting a record at another studio. My friends and I particapated in the back ground singing hohoho.
After that I went to meet with him and reminisced about Johnny Hart and the studio. Red was such nice and caring person, and was deeply saddened with his passing. I have two memoirs to remember him by. The dance program, and the record he made.
