He can be a decent actor
IF
the character he's playing is an a-hole. Because Dean Cain
is
an a-hole, a major one, so if he's allowed to "play himself," he can be pretty effective.
I saw him in the movie
Lost
recently, which was basically a one-man shob68w for him, and he got me detesting his character right off the bat which, I think, is what they were aiming for, since the character's a bad guy. You're not supposed to know that 'til halfway through the movie, but I was thinking it right off because Dean's natural personality was showing through, being a smarmy pr*ck. The only problem was, after a while his character was supposed to be a little more sympathetic, and I just couldn't wait for Danny Trejo to catch up to him. But, the part fit his personality and so he was actually good in it.
Now, if you try to cast Dean as a good guy, it doesn't work, because that natural sociopath seeps through and the good-guy character becomes unlikeable. If you need a jerk character, though, he's competent. -

how many are there, like maybe a few million or more.considering that everywhere around the world there are movies.

And why does making made-for-tv movies inherently make somebody a bad actor?
He's not a bad actor, just what is known as a 'working actor', somebody less concerned about stardom than about having fun, and doing a variety of different kinds of projects.

Regardless Dean Cain has a higher level of success in his field that you have had in yours.
That is even more bs then saying he is a decent actor(or the worst for what it matters).
Yep indeed,Dean Cain is a pretty bad actor compared to Kevin Spacey or John Malkovic but he is a awesome actor compared to Hulk Hugan or Paris Hilton(she made a great movie though,something Dean and Hulk can never say).Either way it is pretty personal. -

So what if he's not a great actor? That doesnt make him the worst actor out there, there are millions of actors and actress some good, some bad. Try watching a porn movie without the sex and tell me if you still think Dean Cain is the worst actor ever.
He's great in L&C, Dogboys, Futuresport, Militia and Vendetta I also like him in the movies with Eric Roberts. Are all the movies I've seen him in great? No not by a long shot but that was more down to the script than his acting.
To call him the worst actor ever is just stupid.
