Lois and Clark was about the chemistry between the two leads, which Cain had abundance with Teri Hatcher. Not who looked like Superman. The show wasn't even about Superman.

When that show came out, I hated it because of his look. I'm Black, but I never wanted to see any ethnic traces in Superman. They got it right with Christopher Reeve. Cain always looked Hawaiian to me or like he could be A C Slater's brother from the then popular "Saved By the Bell" series.

My girlfriend, who is Korean American, said the same thing. On some hypothetical level, I agree. However, I still can't wholeheartedly enjoy his representation of the character.

Dean is personally my favorite Superman/Clark Kent actor. Say what you want about his Superman, but he killed it as Clark!

Cain made a great Clark Kent and a pretty good Superman. The show was about Lois and Clark.He absolutly killed it when he told Lois "Superman is what I can do. Clark is who I am."
I spend my money on dope, sex and cheap thrills.
The rest of it, I waste.

Yeah, obviously an alien from the planet Krypton has to look like he came from only European ancestors. That just makes sense!
