To be exact:
She has four biological children. One with Robert Capshaw and three with Spielberg (one before they got married).
She has adopted two children, one before she and Spielberg became an item and the other during their marriage.
She's the stepmother of Spielberg's son from previous marriage with Amy Irving. -
