Both rock stars who made some great music who both died at 27. Which one do you enjoy more? I'd have to go with Morrison because I like a few more songs by The Doors than I like by Nirvana.
There is no comparison. The answer is Morrison! -

I love The Doors, but Morrison can come across as more of a wanky poet than a musician. Kurt Cobain could sing, scream, play guitar and he popularised grunge which I'm probably more of a fan of than the inconsistent psychedelic blues rock The Doors were putting out.

What you call inconsistent I call creative,
What you call Grunge, I say is just sum incel emo grudge.

Hmm…
Let’s see,
One Dressed like a God influencing forever the Rock and all genre. The other like some street trash whore! One had a powerful memorable, mesmerising, erotic voice. The other sounded like painful yearnings of a dying Drunk!
One Died binging till his rocks fell off in Paris, the other With a Shotgun by his own hands!
That Wacky Poet actually wrote poetry books, was a real student, fought politics, fought the police, had legions of women, groupies, singers, the other… ooh yea, he made this one girl famous that started in a band named Hole!
Without strife, your victory has no meaning.
Without strife, you do not advance.
Without strife, there is only stagnation.
