Yes she did, but not recently. Her miscarriages were in the past, during Charmed and later (I assume at some point between Riley and Kelley). See here:

The added weight we're observing now is most likely her thyroid problem.

Well, ok then, it's just that you're asking stuff that's common knowledge and you could read up yourself by reading a biography. She has postpartum thyroiditis. It is this that causes her to gain weight.

If it's caught early enough, it goes away in about a year, but Holly's was caught too late, so she's on meds for the rest of her life.
