tony is in talks (possibly offical by now) to start a new reality tv show in Philadelphia where he is a co-teacher in a public high school in Philly. The school chosen is Northeast High School (also my old HS but i graduated a few year ago). He will be teaching an 11th or 10th grade class, but not sure which subject. There will be cameras during/in class while Tony teaches. I just heard about all this on my local news.
I'm not sure how this will work out. I didn't even know he was a teacher. I don't understand how NEHS is allowing a camera crew in the school to do a reality tv show but yet when I graduated, I wasn't allowed back in to visit because it would be a "distraction" for the teachers.

I can't wait to see the old school. The white walls and gray floors are kind of boring for TV. I wonder if they are going to spruce things up.

Yup - just saw a preview on A&E but didn't see a date.

I watched the whole season, and I'm sad to say I was disappointed.
I loved watching him; he seems to be j5b4ust as nice in person as his characters on TVI couldn't help but fall in love with him all over again like I did in Taxi and Who's the Boss.
But the show itself just wasn't all that great. It was kind of depressing to hear what the kids had to say and to watch them take advantage of him. Granted, they're kids and that's what kids do to their teachers; maybe that's what made me dislike itfeeling guilty when I look back and remember treating my teachers like that!
