If she were on coke she'd be more speedy. Actually she has had issues with Alcohol beforeso her recent behaviour is most likely a result of that.

Yes, it looks like she was drunk. She had all the characteristics. Her strange body movements, her glassy eyes, and her obvious confusion while she was giving that speech. I don't know how she's ever going to be able to live that down.

She can live it down if she gets clean, and acknowledges what an ass she made of herself and apologizes. People like to forgive and want a happy ending. I hope she can find it.
