Which do you think is the most
quotable
Bob Dylan song?
Two that come to mind for me are
Brownsville Girl
and
It's Alright Ma (I'm only bleeding)
.
Were going all the way til the wheels fall off and burn"
"The only thing we knew for sure about Henry Porter is that his name wasnt Henry Porter."
"Ive always been the kind of person that doesnt like to trespass but sometimes you just find yourself over the line"
"If theres an original thought out there, I could use it right now"
"I feel pretty good, but that aint sayin much, I could feel a whole lot better"
"People dont do what they believe in, they just do whats most convenient, then they repent"
"He not busy being born is busy dying"
"Even the president of the United States sometimes must have to stand naked"
"Advertising signs that con you into thinking youre the one that can do whats neve16d0r been done, that can win whats never been won - meantime life outside goes on all around you"
"The masters make the rules for the wise men and the fools"
"Money doesnt talk, it swears"

I agree, 'Brownsville Girl'!
Strange how people who suffer together have stronger connections than people who are most content
.
And 'Seeing the Real You at Last' is the least quotable.

Although saying that, the lines in
Seeing the Real You at Last
:
"I got troubles, I think maybe you got troubles / I think maybe we'd better leave each other alone"
is a direct quote from the film
The Hustler
, which is quite interesting -

He's done that quite a lot, especially in the mid-80's:
