That was the best part of the show (as well as LOTR's "sweeping victory")
Congratulations on you and your work Blake Edwards, and thanks for all the laughs.
Show MGM who's boss, and do get in with that new Pink Panther film (stop the remake! If anything, make it a sequel).

I mean yeah, i have to agree. I'm ashamed to say that i didnt know who Blake Edwards were before i saw the Oscar, i mean, i knew about his movies. but not the director. and i have to agree, Blake Edwards appearance was the best part of the show.
