Don't be a wiseguy. I just want to know if he was gay. And for your information there is a slightly higher percentage of gay men with AIDS than straight men with AIDS in the industrialized world. So bringing that up as a clue to his orientation is not irrelevant as you suggested.

I don't know why they said that about Rock Hudson either. I think that people sometimes think that AIDS is only a tradegy when it isn't contracted from sex, so they have to make up other s5b4tories about people that they respect.

DE died in the early 1990's. At that time, so few non-homosexual males got HIV from sex that when a woman got HIV it was considered such a rare thing that they made a movie about her.
