How come nobody likes Adam anymore? I meanhis movies aren't as funny anymore but I still laugh while watching them. Let's be real though say Adam still did movies like Billy Madison as a 45 year old man. Does anybody else see a problem with that? So please stop being mean mean to Adam Sandler
P.S. I will admit Jack and Jill was complete Sh!t but still give the guy a break. -

I'll never understand how anyone ever found this schmuck funny. Not funny in his movies, on SNL, not anywhere. He's the antidote to funny.
I could half-way stand him in Reign Over Me. He wasn't supposed to be funny. He was a seriously depressed man whose family had just died. -

If you REALLy ant to know, watch this. http://redlettermedia.com/half-in-the-bag-jack-and-jill/
basically it claims Adam sandler is running schemes to makes the bloated budget bombs, all while lining the pockets of those attached by making terrible movies paid for b the dummies who laugh at the same fart joke over and over.
Hell, even the sony hack revealed the employees of sony (who fund his scams in the name of "art") are sick of being attached to his business practices.
jack and jill costing 80 million to make? come on. -

According to the site celebritynetworth.com he's got a net worth of about $340 million and gets paid $20 million a movie. If you wereb68 him, would you give a f#& at this point??

I agree that has a lot to do with the backlash now. Not because it's correct. Rather because there are a lot of sheep who follow suit with whatever's trendy. Red Letter Media is popular among the geeky and snobby Internet curdmudgeon crowd. That review had a ridiculous amount of influence on groupthink opinion.

so your saying jack and jill isnt lazy writing with an inflated budget? Regardless of what you think of RLM, thinking adam sandler is doing anything of value anymore is insane. Granted, its not the biggest issue in today's society, but this is IMDb, where we talk movies/tv and general entertainment. The fact you use "groupthink opinion" which is the same excuse people use on how adam sandler movies make any ticket sales in theaterb68s anymore, is quite hilarious.

Who the hell is saying he's a great guy? He's racist :
http://www.mediaite.com/online/native-american-explains-why-he-walked-off-adam-sandler-set-was-a-total-disgrace/
and he actually threw dodgeballs at the children during Billy Maddison. He's a class a prick and his brand of humor gets real tiresome after like 20 minutes. Punch-Drunk love is really good but that's 100% credit to PTA. -

Its because he is adam sandler in every movie. His voice acting need loads of work. He needs to learn how to be characters, not just visually but by changing his voice as well (not just the sound but the style is super important). Every movie I hear the growl and the laugh, its getting old, very old

People have tired from his toilet humor. And lately, his movies just haven't been good. He accepts very poor roles.
And then the movies that are half decent, The Cobbler for instance, are completely ignored because it's surrounded by poor films.
He's the Nicholas Cage of comedy. He should be more selective with his roles.
And maybe he should take a break away from humor for awhile and go the dramatic route. We all know he's capable of it.
