Gary Graham. Everytime I watch All The Right Moves or Alien Nation I keep wondering if it is the same guy from The OC?

I agree. Gary Graham does resemble Peter.
When Billy Zane (http://www.imdb.com/board/20000708/) has his hair grown, he looks alike Peter to me. Specially in "Titanic".
Anyone agree?

I'd just finished watching an ep of Star Trek: Enterprise and came to check to see if the actor playing one of the High Command Vulcans was any relation to Peter!

A young Peter Gallagher (circa 'Summer Lovers') looks a lot like a young Harry Hamlin (circa 'Making Love'). The lips and the chins are their most prominent similar facial features. I agree with you.
He was so frigging gorgeous in 'Summer Lovers.'

Gary doesn't have they eybrows, that is the defining feature but his face is the same shape.
Johnathon Schaech totally looks like him, and I can so does Bruce McGill except older now, also I totally can see Billy Bob Thorton, I think that thought has 2000crossed my mind and Billy Bob also looks like a bunch of different people.
Same thing we do every night try to take over the world

i have no idea why, but i used to think that pat monahan (from Train) looked a lot like peter
