Living not so far from Smithfield, NC, decided to make the trip out to
her birthplace, around what they call Grabtown. Got on Brogden Road, headed SE
until I saw the school/residence where she ended up
after he father lost the house.
A sweet earthy smell fills your head around 5 miles out of Smithfield,
as your approach her old stomping ground.

And just like the website said happened to him, a cop came up
and wanted to know what I was doing out there.
All things considered, a pleasant experience, but be prepared to
explain your presence to a nosy guy with a badge.
