The Iranian Air Force is destroyed. Air defense is destroyed. nuclear program is annihilated.
Israel is able to run sorties over Iran continuously without interruption. All Iran can do is fire rockets back in clusters.
Basically Israel can have their way with Iran.

I don't believe their nuclear program is annihilated. Their nuclear sites are dispersed all over the country and most of them are covered with mountain ranges. Israel does not have huge bunker busters so they will have a hard time with completely destroying Iran's nuclear program.
