He grossed me out as the much older man who had a relationship with Julie. His character was such a skeeve. Shudder
When an actor can make his or her character incredibly repulsive to their audience you know they're good.

I'd love to see that episode. Jim was a versatile actor who was never really given a fair chance during his short life. I recommend the Ellery Queen series. He was terrific as a detective.

Was on 12-7-2015/21-10-2015 so figure the math to see about when it will be back assuming ODAAT isn't cancelled when new schedule for Antenna TV is announced soon.
Do know changes are coming but don't know what they are. -

I loved this story line with Jim Hutton. He was a fabulous actor and a very handsome man. I remember watching his episodes when they first aired and wishing I was Julie. In some of the scenes with Pat Harrington, with whom he had worked with previously on "Ellery Queen", he looked like he was trying to keep from laughing and he was really having a good time working on this show. He was such a talented actor and it is such a shame that he died so young.
