Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Amy Irving

Perhaps someone can help me out with this. Amy Irving's voice is used is several films. One of these films is Never Say Never Again, the remake of an earlier James Bond film Thunderball; both films star Sean Connery. Amy's voice can be heard I believe as the voice of the computer when the character of Jack Patachi goes to switch a dummy warhead with a real one. Patachi has had his eye surgically altered to match the President of the United States in order to gain access to the warhead via eye scan. It is here at the eye scan where he encounters the computer's voice. This voice credit is not listed under Amy's IMDB resume, but I am almost certain it is her voice nonetheless. Anybody know?

As I write this, my husband is watching (and I'm listening) to Never Say Never Again and I just logged on because I had this very question. Nowhere can I find that Amy Irving was credited with this film, but I have no doubt that this is her

That is for sure Amy Irving's voice, why she decided to do that little job, I do not know.
