I've seen her only once, in
    Carrie

    • she is probably the prettiest actress there, if only her hair wasn't so curly

You should see her in "Yentl" too. She looks sublime in it.

Sue Snell had an angelic quality. Amy was perfect for the role.

I think her very curly hair was part of what made her so beautiful in Carrie. It gave her such a unique kind of beauty. I love hair like that on a woman.

Agreed, but I adored that curly hair! I wince when so many women straighten theirs.
FranLoves is right in Yentl she was at her best. Interesting how the truly beautiful women sometimes shine the most when they dress themselves down. Indeed, I found that to be particularly noteworthy in Witness. That was the first time I'd ever seen Kelly McGillis. I was struck by her. In no other movie was she nearly as appealing, in my opinion. Bleaching her her and trying to improve on nature only diminished her.
Entertainment and politics I see Ellsworth Toohey is winning
