i recently saw the episode called "in dreams" where she played the wife of arvin sloane her performance was beautiful and heart breaking, she really shines in the series, i also remember the scene in alias finale where arvin told her the truth, again an amazing performance
wandering whether anyone else had noticed her in ALIAS? -

she was so warm and helpful i found it so sad when she died, i mean both timesand amy irving really did a good job! i love every single episode where she appears, but especially the final episode of the first season, as you already mentioned this one is truly amazing

OMG trying to find out the name of the actress that played Emily Sloane almost drove me nuts !
Did Amy not want the Alias stie and the IMDB site to put her name on the cast list ?
On Thursday mornings from 1am to 6am they show a block of Alias reruns on TNT. Yet again I tried to place where I've heard her voice from and this time I could not let it go.
She performed aka read the LaVryle Spencer book: Then Came Heaven
I'm not sure what she said.. but it made me think of Sister Regina saying the name: Eddie Olczak / Mr.Olczak.
