Can you imagine if this pornstar gets some exposure in the US?

Quite decent looking gal.
But my guess is no - if Nikki Bellucci didn't make it big with music - and she is a helluva lot better looking than this specimen - porn stars are like atheists still a no go in America. -

It's often less about looks and more about what the performer is willing to do though. Encouraging people to grope her while she performs sex acts on stage seems to be what currently separates her from the local competition. And her fans really appreciate the sexual freedom she expresses.
I'm not proposing that she may break through in America. I'm just wondering about the immediate reactions she'll get if she even makes that attempt. Miley and Gaga alone creates a storm of controversy especially w/ regards to their influence on kids. Finding out about Katya really puts things into perspective about just how far behind the US really is in terms of that. -

Aren't these events strictly adults only?
I just don't think that the groping thing is so unique for Eastern Europe/Germany/Italy. I even saw French performances where the auditory could touch the female vocalist and they behaved quite ok probably because it is not so peculiar for them.
And when Cicciolina ran for office in Italy she went a lot further than Marey Carey ever did. But that's just because the repercussions for these kinds of transgressions are a lot milder in Europe than they are in the Americas. No one would send a girl to jail just because she did a squirt or masturbation show in public. It's much more a difference in legal system than in prudery. -

The concerts are definitely adults only, but that doesn't mean that she's unknown to kids. Internet, television, radio, etc she uses all mediums to promote herself. Hence, you'll find videos of preteens singing and dancing to her songs on her VK account.
Her act is unique enough in her homeland to separate herself from the local competition. She masturbates next to the audience as they grope her.
As for the legal system, isn't that difference the result of prudery in the first place? Otherwise, such laws wouldn't even pass. Which reminds me of this stripper doing a public show while kids and their parents stop by to watch. She uses an American flag near the end of her routine. It'd be really surprising if she's actually doing this in the US:
