At least Cal Jammer provided a proper reason for his departure, Jon Dough did not at all. It looks very accidental to me.

No, I doubt it. More perhaps like an accidental overdose celebrity style.

He did' didn't he what a wimp.
To make matters worse, she dumped him because he always cheated on her

lol he deserved to kill himself, good riddance. Darwin award in effect.
As for Dough, I thought he hung himself.

Like most porn performers, he was sexually abused as a child. That's why he turned to porn and drugs and other self-destructive behavior. In the end, all he could do to put himself out of his misery was suicide. It's really sad.

Google him, and you'll learn about his sexual abuse.

the only source I can find relating is Wikipedia. Not sure how reliable that is.
Is that what you're going off?
It's not usually the male performers with that backstory, it's the females.
The male counterpart backstory is usually the opposite.

I remember him mentioning something about sexual abuse when he was alive. Then, shortly after his death, there was much discussion in the adult industry media about his sexual abuse and problems with drugs, both of which were believed to have contributed to his suicide.

I suppose it could be possible.
However that backstory is much more typical with female porn performers. With the male performers its usually the opposite story of that.

I think male and female performers share similar psychopathologies. The problem, however, is we don't hear much about the men because not too many care to ask them any questions. Take the number of times womenb68 have been the focus of interviews, either through magazine shows, documentary series or appearances on programs like the Howard Stern Show, and then compare those numbers to the men. They're not even close.

The few male pornguys I have read or seen backstories from the story is always the same.
Contrasting sexual abuse victims etc. these were guys were actually virginal, they had little and/or very late sexual interaction in their lives. Thus they overcompensated by fervently pursuing career in sex etc.
Occasionally I hear the same kind of story for female I guess it makes sense for vice versa crossover sometimes.

You have to ask yourself though why these guys were so virginal? Could sexual abuse have played a role in their apprehension towards sex? It seems odd that a person would go from one extreme to the other.
Also, when you consider how reluctant many of the women have been to reveal their own sexual abuse history when asked, we can assume that the men would be even far more reticent to let the world know that some dude diddled with them when they were kids. So I don't think many of the men would really give honest answers.
Furthermore, we know that a lot of the men in the industry go both ways in their personal lives and, in a few cases, on film as well. Could that be further evidence of a confused sexuality brought on by sexual trauma?
And lastly, I'm not so sure I buy that many of these guys were so virginal. Some may have been, particularly the uglier, geeky-looking ones. But in the few interviews I have seen or read, the stories I often hear are about how they were 11, 12 or 13 when they lost their virginity. The interviewer is usually shocked to discover that, but the interviewee acts as if having sex in 6th or 7th grade is perfectly normal. Again, that could be a further sign of sexual molestation.
Here are two links to male performers being interviewed. The first interview belongs to Mr. Marcus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSKofQqufso At one point he talks about his first sexual experience. The second one is scripted and belongs to Scott Nails: www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=2961 Again, at one point he brings up his first sexual encounter.

I really don't agree with the things you've said.5b4 Further I've seen almost no evidence myself in your favour either.
I agree the more old school guys lost their virginities early and entered porn when the industry was run more like a racket, where only a small minority of men were permitted and held a monopoly. 1 of the guys you mentioned is such an old school guy and the other seems to have stuck and followed in this old-fashioned manner.
However tune in to any porn for instance that has been made in the last year or 2 and it will be almost guaranteed that the guy you see performing in it was a sexual failure until his later years. And if it wasn't for him doing porn he most probably would still be incel.

You said "favour." Are you British? Then perhaps that is where we fail to see eye to eye. Europeans have different standards and outlooks when it comes to sex.

But I don't think it has much to do with my standards and outlooks, much of my research is on the american scene.

that's a gay thing to do
                                          I barely follow female pornstars
