I saw a movie she was in and i really liked it but the only thing i remeber is that she was moving and her daughter did this weird handshake thing with her friends..Does any one recocnize it? Sorry if it wasnt clear i dont remember alot

I think it's the movie "This Is My Life" from the early 90s in which she is trying to break into stand-up comedy.

It was "This is My Life". Julie was 40 whe she stared in that. She played a single mother with two young daughters. Nora Ephron wrote that. She also wrote a couple other screen plays and put Julie in them. She seems to put the same actors in her films. Like Billy Crystal!She even cast Dan Castellaneta in Forget Parisbut his name isnt on the credits. You can tell its him though in Forget Paris. She also wrote When Harry Met Sally/Sleepless In Seattle/You've Got Mail.Other nonsense. All unrealistic romances.
