    Excuse me guys for this but being a non-native english speaker, I don't know how to spell Greg's name, I always hear people say "Kin-nay-ar" but I'm not sure that's correct

      You're talking about pronouncing, not spelling it, right? You pronounce it pretty much as it is written, "Ki-near". "Near", as in the word akin to "close".
