Max Bialystock in the Producers.
And Ernie Smuntz in Mousehunt.
Good choice huh?
I especially loved the Lee Evans/ Nathan Lane chemistry he sparked up there.

Agreed! He NAILED the roll! NAILED it! I mean he MADE the movie. The Birdcage wouldn't have been NEARLY as good if someone else was cast. Much better than the original film.

Max Bialystock, definitely.
I so much loved him in that role that I would really like to play Bialystock's part even though I am a woman!
