First of all, i dont care if he is gay or not, he is a great actor and being gay does not make him better or worse, he can do what ever he wants with his private life. But, i heard a long ago, in several places, he is in a long love relationship with Victor Garber.

really i thught Nathan was seeing someone one else for years and him and VG were just good friends. he is a fantastic actor and it's the 21'st century should someone sexual preference still be an issue?

He is not with Victor Garber. They are very good friends, but Nathan has been in a long term relationship with an ex-actor turned realtor in NYC.
