The ones that are homeless should be taken care of

It's good to have free health care but you still need a roof over your head

There are people who feel more moved to help illegal aliens rather than our veterans who have served in our armed forces.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

Who says that the illegals made our veterans homeless?
The point is that the far left bend over backwards to welcome these illegals into this country by setting them up in hotels, apartments… free gift cards, medical assistance….
What has been done for our veterans? People who not only belong here, but who did serve their country?

What percentage of soldiers see combat?
Advertisements for the military may make you think that almost everyone who joins up sees combat, but that is not actually the case. Even in the modern world, with wars that seem to drag on for decades, most soldiers do not ever have to fire their weapons.
How many military members go into combat?
To get a better grasp on what this looks like, here are some key statistics:
Roughly 40% of those who join the military never get deployed to a combat zone at all.
10% to 20% of those who do find themselves on a deployment wind up in a combat zone. Remember, that is not 10 to 20% of the total. It is just 10 to 20% of the 60% who get deployed.
Most of the troops who do end up in combat zones do not actually enter combat against the enemy. They are support troops backing up those who do.
When you break it down, about one out of every 10 soldiers in the military — 10% overall — actually go to combat and have to fire their weapons.
Why do the far right think we owe veterans our constant gratitude? Most of them have never even been in a war. You crazy right wingers want so desperately to equate a modern veteran with a veteran who fought and survived the two World Wars but it is not the same thing at all. There is a difference between WW veterans who were literally fighting for freedom against an evil regime, men who had no military training but went into these wars with a proud sense of doing their duty for the greater good, compared to veterans from the last 50 years who have probably signed up because there were no other jobs available and the 'wars' they were fighting were mostly their governments trying to invade other countries and sticking their noses in where they don't belong.
The reason so many people are on the street is because of mental health issues and yes, while some of them do have PTSD from a 'war' (invasion) the government sent them into, many others have issues which mean they struggle in society. Like thousands of other people who were never in the military.
Every person on this planet deserves to have a home and to not go hungry. Don't pit 'veteran' against 'illegal'. Blame the governments who cause all this to begin with.

Who says I'm far right?
I'm simply saying what I think.

They baffle the far left with their common sense.
Just when the country was beginning to learn all of their pronouns and learn which lanes to walk in , without being canceled, we suddenly have these righties coming in, telling us that from now on, we knock off the word salad, that there are only two genders, and if the boys want to play with the girls, it won't be in competitive sports. THE NERVE!!!

That's the wonderful thing about opinions. We are still each allowed our own.
