over acting

I addressed this in another post, but Jason Scott is probably the best choice to portray Bruce Lee. Even if you could find a better martial artist, chances are he can't act as well as Jason Scott. Or MAYBE you could find a Bruce look-alike, but he wouldn't have the other 2 components. Jason Scott had enough of the three to pull it off. My only critique of him is that his physique is too massive for Bruce, but the guy can't help it can he?
I mean, he could if he did some stuff dangerous to his health, but I don't think Bruce would've wanted to see someone do that in his honor. Haha! But yeah,7ec his massiveness contributed to his being a little slow, but then again, how many people out there were as quick as Bruce? -

Linda Lee Cadwell, Bruce's widow, said that she was glad they waited so long to make the movie because it gave Jason the chance to grow up to play the part. I'm thinking this means Jason did a p16d0retty good job portraying Bruce.

I always thought he is one of mos5b4t talanted actors in the world. He has charm, organic and energy, going from deepth of his nature, not from surface. That's why he makes you fell all emotions with him, it's like emotional rain, cold or warm. Not many people and actors have that gift. I'm grateful to him for it, if even he isn't ideal for some people. Bruce Lee is one and unrepeated, but the same I can say about Jason.

I am biased because I am acquainted with Jason not a close personal friend, but I do know him. If leading-man stardom came his way, he could handle it. But acting is the mos7ect important thing to him, more important than stardom, and he is totally committed to the acting craft. He has a small black-box theater (Ulua Theatre) on his farm in Volcano, Hawaii, where he puts on small but professional productions. He played Pale in a production of Lanford Wilson's "Burn This," and he was more than believable in a part that took an incredible deal of emotional range and depth one that was played by John Malkovich when it opened in New York in 1987. I respect him tremendously, both as an actor and as a man.

I don't think Jason will give up professional acting any time soon. He needs the money to maintain his farm life. Jason is a very blessed man - he has a professional career that he loves and a private life on the farm he draws strength and insight from. Unfortunately, I think his fa5b4rm life limits him in finding a wife. :o(

Mmhmm, I can see how the way he lives might be too much for some women, but I believe that he'll find somebody who can see what a beautiful person he is and how his way of life only enhances that about him. I don't think it'd be hard to become as passionate about it as he is.
I think Brandon Boyd should marry me so I can cook his skinny ass some PIE! -

I don't know how long I would last at his farm, he would have to put in more green technologies for me(solar lights something). After watching the videos I think he's probably lived close to there all his life. He could make money making documentaries about that farm it was very interesting. I think the Dracula movies were his best work. I like to see actors in roles very far from themselves, and that's probably what he's lacking. You can really see their range and ability better.

I'd volunteer!
I'm a Yoga teacher (I like peace and quiet, and living in natural settings)
I like eating real food (ie unprocessed, fresh, local, seasonal)
I used to be a professional flamenco dancer (so I can relate to the performer's life)
My mom's family are all farmers
I recently visited Volcano, and even though it rained most of the time, it's a beautiful place! The singing of the birds was incredible.
Plus I haven't dated since 2005, I think I'm overdue for a NICE man
hey, anybody wanna set up a blind date?
btw, I laughed my ass off at Jason "overacting" in Chinese in Balls of Fury (I wish he'd had a scene with Christopher Walken, that would have been such fun!). Please, somebody give him a big part in a comedy! -

I love this movie. I had only just seen it a couple of months ago on AMC. But I never caught it from the beginning. I got to record it this morning onto DVD. I was never a martial arts or Bruce Lee fan. But I love this movie! I think Jason did a great job and he is soooooooo easy on the eyes!
