i just finished watching DRAGON: THE BRUCE LEE STORY and its like 10th time watching it (not tonight, but ever since i bought the dvd years ago). that film was made in 1993 and im just still so impressed by his physique and grace displayed throughout the film. now the question is, anyone know how i can get a body like that? would all would i have to do? he's gotten so much bigger now so im not wanting a body like that. muscle and bulk is all good but im going for the leaner, cut/toned physique. anybody know what i gotta do to make myself look like the jason scott lee of 15 years ago?

eat macdonalds once a week but only on saturdays or tuesdays. make sure everything else you eat is lots of protein and healthy food. once you've done that for 3 months, eat a salad once every other day with a side of pickles. then practice jump rope on one leg for 6 months and then you will be finished. you will have a beautiful lean physique.

If you are serious about getting cut like Jason in "Dragon", train like Bruce did, do ISOMETRICS! Seriously, I was crazed about the film when it first came out and was basically a Bruce Lee historian. Isometrics works your muscles differently than conventional pumping iron to get bigor as stated, instead of working one muscle and getting it big. You work out all the muscles and get each as tight as possible. I have a thin 5'3" frame I never wanted to bulk up, so this was the answer for me. As noted by many of Bruce's friends, "there was no part of his body that had any give to it, it was like touching warm marble." Do research on isometrics and some of Bruce's workouts and you should get the results you are looking for. Hope this helps, it helped me.

train like a boxer. do a lot of running. no treadmill do it on the road. watch what you eat. do a lot of ab work outs such as sit ups and crunches. skipping. hittin the bag. but i suggest not really doing weights. just use ur body weight. such as push ups, sit ups, chin ups. calasetics or sometin like that its called
and most importantly keep it up and keep increasing the intensity as you progress

i figured as much. ive heard plenty of cardio for the ripped physique, watching what u eat and switching the workout up every week so ur body doesn't get use to it.

This is a very old post but wasn't Jason Lee a dancer before the movie? I'm sure he got some of that from the years and years of dancing.
