Shelley Long is one of my favorites, so annoying to see posts bashing her or calling her a snob diva when there's plenty of evidence to the contrary Ted Danson has very nice things to say about her, also if you watch Cheers bloopers she's laughing and having fun right along with the rest of the cast.
One of the most common things you see being posted is that she was mean to Drew Barrymore.. when in fact Drew said in a question and answer that Shelley was nice to her.
Question 13 from movieline 20 questions with Drew: We heard Shelley Long, who played your mom, was a horror on the set of Irreconcilable Differences?
Answer: I really had a lot of fun making that movie. As for Shelley, well, she was nice to me anyway.
To me Shelley is a class act and gets ripped for trying to turn out good work. -

Well according to most of the cast of The Brady Bunch movies who appeared at a Brady Bunch convention in New Jersey a couple of years ago they all claimed she was a real diva b!tch to work with!
Very unfriendly & very unprofessional!
It's obvious the other fake crap you hear about her being sweet is just a few of her other fake friends trying to protect her fake image! I mean good God people, wake up! There's a reason why her career died and no major studio will cast her in a starring role! -

I dont know, she always sounded sweet in interviews.
The reason her career died was because of bad choices, and after her suicide attempt in 2004 she probably went through a rough patch.
I will always be grateful to her for giving us Diane Chambers

she was prob mad during the brady bunch films that everyone else got the spotlight
funny thing, the Carol Brady character always gets less spotlight simply by being the lead
