Aging Terribly, or is she?

If you were to see her in person, you'd be knocked out by how drop-dead gorgeous she is! So shes getting older, who isnt? Cut her a break.
To address a few points: I know her family, she WAS born in 1960. She may look a little older than some of the Hollywood celebs of a similar age for several reasons:
Smoking - prematurely ages the skin,
She possesses that beautiful but extremely fair and delicate Irish skin - generally doesn't age well; particularly when you don't live in Ireland, but in the polluted and usually sunny New York metro area (I know, it's happening to me!)
Her figure has matured lately because she gave birth to 3 kids after 40 - not so easy to drop the baby weight at that age,
Most of all, she is a real person and has a lot of things other interests than how she looks! She's not obsessed with her appearance, nor should she be, she's a natural beauty. I hope she never does anything drastic to herself to try to look younger and would only end up looking fake like so many other celebs.
And I think she looks a helleva lot better now than Darryl Hannah ever looked! -

Westy42 is right. I don't personally know Cathy, my parents have mutual friends with her folks. They socialized with the same Irish set living in New York back in the 50's, 60's and 70's.
One reason I didn't know her back then is that she is a younger than me. That kind of thing mattered more when you're kids. Since I'm about to turn 50, I know she is at least three years younger than me, so her age as listed sounds correct.
I have always enjoyed her performances and wish that she would work more often, but you can't blame her for putting her family first. -

No noI didn't say she looked like a distant shell of her former self and looked like she was going to die at any minute, I just said she was aging terriblyLOL When you pour a half gallon of liquor down your throat and take God knows what for years, you end up like Carrie Fisher.

You people suck! TRhis woman was beautiful and still isand she is a charismatic performershut up you ding bats and stop judging actors by looks alone they have othewr things to do beside 'looking good' in some-ones opinion. Go get em Cathy.

I don't know but she looks good for her age.
I agree that she looked older than claimed at the time of 'Raging Bull'.

not true. i know a 19 year old girl who always has crows feet. she looks fairly young now but you can tell in a few years she isn't going to age well.
