8 U.S. Code § 1373(a).
In other words, cities or states that pass so-called “sanctuary policies” that prohibit local officials from exchanging information with the Department of Homeland Security on illegal aliens in their custody or control are violating federal law. Such state laws are void ab initio.
18 U.S. Code 111 says, “whoever forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person (or formerly served) designated in section 1114 of this title who are engaged in the performance of official duties, shall be fined and imprisoned….”
Who Is a Federal Officer?
As noted, 18 U.S.C. 111 makes it a federal offense to assault any federal officer, agent, government employee, or military member (uniformed services).
They could be working on a government job or former employees. Some examples of who is considered a “federal officer” in the context of the law include the following:
FBI agents, ATF agents, ICE agents, Border patrol, United States marshals, IRS employees, Postal workers, Federal judges.

As a general rule, the purpose of the Constitution was to restrain the federal government and no other person or entity.

Although undocumented immigrants are not guaranteed all the same rights as US citizens and legal residents, they have certain protections under the Constitution. These include the right to due process, the right to be with family, the right against unreasonable searches and seizures, and the right to education.

No. They get the same due process that the Biden administration afforded them when he opened our borders to them to flow in illegally. It would take 100 years to try and extend them
extra
due process getting out than when they broke into the country. Their first criminal act was breaking into America which makes them immediately qualified for deportation. ICE is going after those who already have deportation orders and criminal convictions (usually multiple), but they did not leave the country as ordered and refused to self-deport.
Anyone seeking asylum or wanting to come to this country
and is doing so in good faith and with the intent to assimilate into American culture,
can and will come in through the front door at legal ports of entry. My family managed to do it.
They're all waving Mexican flags (at these riots), not American flags. With that much loyalty to Mexico, why did they leave or why don't they deport themselves to the country they're showing allegiance to?

Read again. They are all entitled to due process. If the convicted felon followed the rule of law, none of this would be happening. The fault lies firmly on him. The convicted felon’s actions are incendiary and divisive.

Where were you the last 4 years when there was no rule of law. Unless you were a Catholic. Then the FBI was investigating you.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times.
is the only response to such juvenile nonsense
