History of Violence, i mean Joey Joey. Joey. Epic. Character. (edit: I mean the character was like a twisted and slightly psychotic Max Payne.)
then eastern promises, again great character but the movie lacked that something special(IMHO the movie didnt get enough love/budget)
LoTR trilogy, he played a badass human king, i will give him that(but sometimes just a bit too EMO)
everything else. -

I think what you meant to say was misogynistic. You may want to go and look up what feminism actually means. I wasn't trying to to be lumped in with this guy, I was merely pointing out that he seems to have a fixation on penses. No need for your misplaced rage! Hello Grime357, I think you may think my rant was against you because of the order of posts but it wasn't, it was against billywombat. Yes he does have a fixation about penises being shown, but an absolute horror and dread if anyone if suggests that hollywood or elsewhere show a woman's vulva. Sorry if you thought my post was aimed at you. Thank you for your calm and concise post, after all the arguing and insults I've been involved in on this site it's a pleasure to have someone clearly and calmly express their opinion in an honest manner.

Why don't you just watch porn? Plenty of both in there in full colour. Seems to me men and women's genitals are different - a woman's sexual organs are mostly inside her body so how do you want to get around that in a movie? Force an actress to act like a porn star for your entertainment?

The pint is that hollywood has no problem showing men's genitals but simply will not show women's. Have you seen the British films Code 46, Cashback, Trance? They all showed a woman's vulva without having to resort to spread eagle legs. I'm talking about the vulva which can be seen easily even if the woman is standing up. You've said 'go and watch porn.' Why should anyone have to watch porn to see a woman's vulva when hollyweird frequently and graphically show penises. It's the same on american TV with shows like game of thrones and spartacus showing penises but making the actresses wear merkins to hide any hint of the vulva! No actress should be foced to do anything but there must be plenty that would like to do a nude scene without hiding their vulva behind a merkin.

I really don't see what you're harping on about - most women have pubic hair - that's all you get to see in full frontal nudity. I also think you're wrong and barking up the wrong tree. IMO, women are much more exploited in movies than men. There is a lot more female nudity than male and in many sex scenes the man gets to be clothed or covered while the woman is usually naked.
And no I've never even he7ecard of those films let alone watched any of them.
