i love lennie.he was one of the best parts of the show.i still love it though.
Det. Lennie Briscoe: I specifically asked for him to be put on suicide watch. Apparently here at Riker's that mean that they watch you commit suicide.
Det. Lennie Briscoe: Even though you are a taxpayer, you know, we don't actually work for you personally.
Ricardo Garza: Should I say how I didn't mean to do it?
Det. Lennie Briscoe: You mean how you only killed him because he wouldn't give you his watch? Yeah, put that in there, the D.A. would really like that.
Det. Lennie Briscoe: Love - a dangerous disease instantly cured by marriage.
[searching through piles of trash]
Det. Lennie Briscoe: How many apartments are in this building?
Det. Mike Logan: 30.
Det. Lennie Briscoe: Do they ALL have to eat eggs?
[to a reluctant witness]
Detective Lennie Briscoe: There's no such thing as hooker-client confidentiality.
Alexandra Eames: You keep doing that, I'm gonna drop this kid right here. -

I don't remember the episode dialogue exactly but I just remember that somehow the investigation led him and, I think, Chris Noth to a photography studio that specialized in male nudes. I remember Lennie staring at a picture (that the audience couldn't see) for a while and then turning to Chris Noth and saying:
"Heh I guess that's what you call a head shot!"

Here are some of my favorites:
Episode "Kid Pro Quo"
Lennie: "What are you doing?"
Ed: (while looking through the victim's cellphone) "Looking through her menu."
Lennie: "Oh, if you're ordering coffee, I'll take one dark, with two sugars."
Same episode:
Lennie (as he walks up to arrest the suspect) "Sold, to the man in the silver bracelets." (This line makes sense because the suspect is auctioning off a spot to the school where the victim was Admississions Director, something one of his employees previously denied doing.)
Episode "Ramparts"
While lifting a bus out of the Hudson River (using what looks like a forklift)
Lennie, turning around: "May we should try to start it."
Episode Gaijin:
Reporter: "Mr. Yoshida, Mr. Yoshida, Mr. Yoshida! What was your reaction when you heard police had apprehended a suspect in your wife's death?"
Yoshida: "Relief, also sadness. Nothing can bring Tamiko back, but I am glad that the man who did this will pay for his crime."
Lennie: "Yeah, so are we."
Yoshida: "Detectives."
Ed: "We wanted to welcome you back personally."
Lennie: "Yeah, and we brought you a gift from the city of New York. You like jewelry?"
Yoshida: "I don't understand."
Lennie (holding handcuffs): "Bracelets."
Episode "Evil Breeds"
Lennie: "You an astronomy buff, Joe?"
Joe (the suspect): "What?"
Ed: "That telescope you gave your fiancee, we know where you got it, and it wasn't at a flea market."
Lennie (holding handcuffs): "You've heard of the seven rings of Saturn, these are the two rings of Rikers."
Episode "Deadbeat"
Lennie: "Well, if you don't need me around here, I'll go home and take a nap."
Episode "Aftershock"
Lennie (drinking in a bar): "You know who kills me? The weather lady. The weather lady says 'It's 65 at the airport.' Who gives a damn? Nobody lives at the airport."
Episode "Corruption"
Rey: "IAB asked me if I had any prior contact with Morales."
Lennie: "They aske me, too, Rey. Listen, the Hellman Commission's only holding these hearings because IA missed 34 dirty cops in one precinct. I mean, they have to prove they can still find their ass with both hands."
Episode "Smoke"2000;
Larry Miller (as himself): "We had a couple of drinks after a couple of shows a couple of decades ago."
Lennie: "And you became a couple?"
Episode "Conduct Unbecoming"
Hotel manager: "It didn't get out of hand until they brought the prostitutes in."
Lennie: "They brought them in? I thought they were on the room service menu." -

I remember one episode where they had a suspect they were going to arrest cornered in a locked bathroom with no pants. To coax him out they promised him his pants back but when he unlocked the door, they kicked it in on him. When the guy started yelling about being half naked and wanting his pants Briscoe said something like:
"Why? I don't see anything worth covering up."
There was another where they were arresting some guy in a bathroom who was standing taking a leak at a uninal. When the guy turned making a smug comment about Briscoe being lucky he doesn't get urine on Briscoe's shoes, Briscoe replies by saying, (with his gun drawn no less):
"Yeah, and you're lucky I don't shot it off!"
Classic lines on a classic show with one hell of a good actor. You'll be missed by many Mr. Orbach.
"I give that two snaps up in a circle!" -

the scene is in an italian restaurant where someone opened fired, hitting and killing the intended target and a random patron.
Det. Green "I heard the food here is great"
Det. Briscoe "Oh yeah, it's to die for" *he then looks at the dead guy whos all bloody and shot up.
