John Cleese. He's a genius. Great talent, intelligence, body and facesoh, and the funny voices.
Hands down.
Michael and Graham follow him, for me.

Graham Chapman is my favorite. The straight-man of each scene makes each skit so much funnier, and coincidentally Graham does it best. next: John, then either Eric or Michael

Life of Brian
. I find that one hysterical. I don't think I can decide which Python is my favourite though!
