Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Michael Palin

I live in Canada and never once have I seen his DVDs in record stores. I always look out for shows related to Monty Python and other British TVs but no such luck. Do you know where I could get them?? I know I can purchase them online but I prefer buying them in person.
Thanks in advance 🙂 I've seen parts of his travel series (he went to Germany) and ugh, what a gentleman.

The Canadian HMV website has most of his dvd's for sale so I guess the stores there do too?

Oh I've never seen them in HMV myself, but I suppose I can order it through them if it's out of stock. Thank you!

I got it as a gift at Christmas, but I'm sure it was from HMV. I implore you to get it, it's an amazing set.

Lets get to the bottom of this. If i had to buy only one of his dvds which one should it be?
Around the world in 80 days? Pole to Pole? Full circle? New Europe? Himalaya one? Sahara one? I cant remember the other titles names. But you know what i mean!

I definitely recommend Full Circle, that one was my favorite.
The box set is available to order on amazon @ $205.99 CDN
It includes: New Europe, Hemingway Adventure, Himalaya, Sahara, Around the World in 80 Days, Pole to Pole, and Full Circle.

save up ladies and gents, it's worth it!
