Am I the only person who cannot stand Rosie Perez's voice?

apparently she can and does help it. in the "24 hour woman" there is virtually NO TRACE of her original accent or voice quality. it is also minimal in "riding in cars with boys"she most certainly can control and should whenever possible. JMO

I just watched Rosie last night in a teleplay on PBS's "Hollywood Presents" series. The show was called "Cop Shop." Rosie had nearly no accent in her part, just a slight New York accent since the show took place in New York. Rosie Perez is one of my favorite actresses.

Rosie tawlkin' is soo Nu Yawk lolit can be really funny or irritating, depends on a role. Fran Drescher(Nanny)r5b4eally gets on my nerves. Sandra Bullock and Julia Roberts have the most annoying talking mannerisms. Melanie Griffith sound like a mouse high on helium but somehow that voice goes well with her personality.
