The fact that you are ignorant is obvious by your inability to read and your inability to capitalize or spell. Matthew Perry is a talented actor and any actor will tell you it's tougher to play comedy than drama. I suggested him as a possibility for the role of George Reeves NOT Superman and anybody with good eye-sight can see that he does indeed resemble Reeves quite a bit. Brendan Fraser is also a fine actor and your primitive brain doesn't seem to comprehend that he too is quite capable of playing serious roles. What does Superman look like anyway? If you look at the way he is drawn in the comics today you will see a wide variety of looks as interpreted by different artists. Imao not kidding. As it turns out, in case you didn't already know, Ben Affleck is going to play George in "Truth, Justice and the American Way" and Brandon Routh will play Superman in "Superman Returns" and you can go back to scratching yourself.

Conincedience that both Christopher and George both shared the same last names, and both played superman. Christopher was practically unknown wasn't he? Maybe it was fate.
I didnt find out until recently that george played superman, but onw that i think of it, im sure i faintly remember a red-headed superman.. or did he not have red hair? =/ Well, im only 16, so i wouldnt know exactly.
anyway, im a big GWTW fan. So decided to pop by.
And to Patrick - mabe we might see your son as a rising star in the furutre! Best of look to him!

Just thought that I would let you know that they did not have the same last name George last name was Reeves, while Christopher last name was Reeve. Everybody keeps tring to add the letter s to his name.

I agree playing comedy is harder than drama. I have been in both on stage, and in comedy you have to make an absolute fool out of yourself, sometimes to the point where I have been embarrassed, or just can't stop laughing.
When I was growing up, I used to love to watch George Reeves reruns of Superman. I think he is the one that made me a Superman fan. I have seen Superman Returns (good movie). I own all 4 Christopher Reeve Superman movies. By far, the bes5b4t Superman is Christopher Reeve. -

My folks and I have been watching seasons 3 and 4 of 'The Adventures of Superman' on DVD, lately. That George Reeves was like the "Fonzie" of the actors to play Superman. He did a sincere job as The Man of Steel, but he also had a sense of "cool" as Clark Kent and Superman.

I agree;Brendan Fraser and Matthew Perry??? Oh good lord I have heard it all now too.
Mr. Reeves was a very good actor and even though I'm in my 30's, I enjoy watching reruns of his series and know he's the best and only superman. Christopher Reeves is a good second and everyone else is not in the running.
