If you were trying to work up the nerve to shoot yourself in the head, would you really put the barrel right in front of the eye
If you wanted to immobilize a guy so you could shoot him, would you have him be looking down the barrel of your gun? I'd say yes. -

Just learned/read about the possibility he was murdered and here that he was shot in the eye. If that is indeed true then there's little doubt he was murdered. No one commits suicide by shooting themselves in that manner. What's unfortunate is that had investigation been done looking at gunshot residue it could have been determined. There's only one way to shot oneself in the eye and the gunshot pattern is unmistakable.
