She was certainly beautiful, but Grace Kelly was untouchable, in my opinion. I'd put Eva on par with Tippi Hedren and Janet Leigh.

I thought we were talking about attractiveness, not our opinions about acting ability. It's fine if you prefer Eva to Grace, but there's nothing wooden about Grace Kelly's features.

As much as I adore Grace, there was something a bit frigid about her that Eva made up for. Eva seemed to have a sense of humour about herself.

Well stated. She was self-possessed and sophisticated but there was also an air of amusement. Like she was winking at us even as she delivered deadly double entendres.
