All I can find about the incident was that he was arrested and then some hearsay from someone who lived in the same apartment building and heard that it was Devon who was arrested for beating his girlfriend.
Does anyone know for sure that he did or actual details about it? Was he charged for anything?

Yeah, I read about that too. If Lance Bass and Devon were the only two celebrities Danielle dated at that time, I'd be pretty damn sure that it would be Devon that beat her up.
I don't really see 'Casper' 'Wild America' Devon being abusive, but once he got older and especially now, I can see him being violent.

There has always been speculation but I believe it was him because he was daring her at that time. I remembering them being a couple at that time. So when Danielle said in a previous interview that it was a boyfriend about ten years ago. Well she dated him at that time. He also had a run in with another girlfriend and he was into drugs which is pretty much why Danielle said the guy was abusive. She dated lance after Devon. So I'll speculate it was him. It was a long time ago though.
