Hey everybody out there!
Ive been watching all the seasons again and also all the extra material there is, in this there was a lot of the "goodbye-shows" and such, like the time they went on Oprah and had to describe each other, say what they wished for each other and put describing words on one of the cast members.
And its very noticeable that he speaks less and doesn't seem to "connect" with the others in the convo. Now thats one thing, coz I know everyone cant be the same, and ofc they cant all be as good friends as we all hope they are. But still, he is the one to get both the "negative" describing words, serious and stubborn, and he is the only one where none of them really say anything heartfelt about him - its like they don't say nearly as good things about him as they do about everyone else. It seems like there really is some kind of tension between him and the rest.
Then I go on-line and try to see if I can find anything even remotely believable about his relationships to the other cast members.
And what i find is I see several places the quote "David admits to having conflict with writers and cast members of Friends&2000quot; - Now my question is.. does anyone know what was the issue?
I know they have all grown a bit apart, which is normal ofc, and that they have their own lives ect ect - Im just curious.. What was the deal back then? Coz he seems like he "falls out" in the cast and like none of them really like him.
Was it always like this, the entire 10 seasons?

I knew Perry and him didnt always get along. He was closest to Aniston and Cox but not so much with the guys. I heard about him clashing with a couple of the writers in late 8th season.

I was wondering about this too. I realize that they're actors and not the people they portray. In the gag reels, though, they all look like they're having fun together, even David, so what could be the issue?

Slyvester Stallone syndrome.
Nice guy's who's ego runs wild after years of praise.Which then means, you (think you)know the best lighting, the best writing, the best direction..etc
I guess it ended at the right time.

He always struck me as the one who would most likely be a success behind the camera (as indeed it turned out) so it would be no surprise to me to hear that he had arguments with other crew members, but I wouldn't see this as a bad thing, it just shows he is creative. The other 5 seemed quite happy to be actors and to just act!!
